Back with Ride Channel for another How-to-Skateboarding featuring Jake Duncombe. This trick tip is all about the Alley Oop. This is a ramp trick so head to the skate park if you want to try this one. An Alley Oop is really just an Ollie but the skater approaches the ramp from the opposite side. So if the skater was going to do a frontside Alley Oop they would ride towards the ramp as if they were going backside. It maybe difficult to figure out at first but this trick looks super technical and stylish. Momentum, speed, and weight distribution are the most key components of mastering this trick.
